第一条

着力提升展会能级

Enhancing the Level of Exhibitions and Conventions

对在虹桥举办具有国际影响力的大型展会的企业，主办方可以获得最高600万元的支持，支持内容包括建设符合数字化和绿色理念的展台。

Enterprises organizing large-scale exhibitions with international impact in Hongqiao will receive support based on the exhibition area, with a maximum amount of 6 million yuan. Organizers are encouraged to implement digital and eco-friendly concepts in their exhibition stands.

加快推动品牌展会落户

Accelerating the Settlement of Branded Exhibitions

支持举办诸如国际会展业CEO上海峰会等具有行业影响力的会议，吸引更多国际知名品牌展会落户虹桥。

We support hosting influential international conferences and events like the Global Exhibition CEO Shanghai Summit to attract more internationally recognized brand exhibitions to Hongqiao.

第三条

持续吸引会展主体集聚

Continuously Attracting the Gathering of Exhibition Entities

依托中国国际进口博览会、国家会展中心及虹桥国际会展产业园等资源，吸引国内外知名展览公司、行业协会和服务机构落户虹桥。对入驻机构可提供包括租金、装修及最高1000万元的运营支持。

Leveraging the resources from the China International Import Expo and the National Exhibition and Convention Center, we aim to attract renowned exhibition companies and industry associations to gather in Hongqiao, offering resident agencies support for rent, renovation, and up to 10 million yuan for operational expenses.

第四条

支持会展功能平台设立

Supporting the Establishment of Exhibition Functional Platforms

对围绕虹桥会展产业发展的功能性平台，各类运营方和社会组织提供租金、开办及功能提升支持。

Support will be provided to operators, enterprises, and social organizations running functional platforms that serve the exhibition and convention development in Hongqiao, including assistance with rent, establishment, and enhancement of capabilities.

第五条

进一步支持商务区企业境外办展、参展

Further Supporting Holding and Participating in Overseas Exhibitions of Enterprises in the CBD

为商务区内的企业提供最高100万元支持，以鼓励他们在境外举办展览和参与海外展会，尤其是纳入上海市商务委员会推荐的项目。

Enterprises within the CBD will receive support of up to 1 million yuan for hosting and participating in overseas exhibitions, particularly those recommended by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce for international market expansion.

第六条

鼓励场馆数字化升级

Encouraging Digital Upgrades of Venues

鼓励企业新建或对现有展示场馆进行数字化改造，符合条件的最高可获得1000万元的支持。

Enterprises constructing or upgrading exhibition venues with digital capabilities may receive up to 10 million yuan in support if they meet the required standards.

第七条

推动发展会议经济

Promoting the Development of Conference Economy

支持虹桥企业在商务区内举办重要国际会议和全国性会议，主办方可获得最高200万元的支持。

Support will be extended to Hongqiao enterprises organizing significant international and national conferences within the CBD, with organizers receiving up to 2 million yuan.

第八条

开展会展产业发展的重点规划

Carrying Out Key Plans for the Development of the Exhibition and Convention Industry

鼓励企业在进博会溢出效应等领域进行研究，并在虹桥国际中央商务区发布相关成果。

Enterprises are encouraged to conduct research on the exhibition and convention industry, including the spillover effects of the CIIE, and to publish findings in the Hongqiao International CBD.

第九条

推动会展与商业联动发展

Promoting the Integrated Development of Exhibitions and Commerce

支持在展会期间提供免费交通服务，以引导参展客流进入周边商业区。

We support the provision of free transportation services during exhibitions to guide visitors into surrounding commercial areas.

第十条

促进会展产业长三角联动发展

Promoting the Integrated Development of the Exhibition and Convention Industry in the Yangtze River Delta

落实长三角一体化发展战略，发挥虹桥国际开放枢纽的优势，逐步推进会展经济与长三角各区域的协调发展。

By implementing the integrated development strategy for the Yangtze River Delta and leveraging the advantages of the Hongqiao International Open Hub, we aim to promote coordinated development of the exhibition economy across the Yangtze River Delta region.
